The conversations we need to have as Latina entrepreneurs — strategy, culture, money, and everything in between.
Telling our stories porque if we don’t, who will?
Why This Space Exists
There are newsletters about business strategy. There are spaces for women in general. There is no shortage of hustle content. But there was nothing built specifically for Latina entrepreneurs that holds all of it at once — the real strategy and the real talk about what it costs to build while navigating cultural expectations, family dynamics, and a business world that wasn't designed with us in mind.
Entre Nosotras exists because we deserve a space that caters to all of our multitudes. Not just the jefa era we’ve stepped into— but everything we’re navigating to get there.
What we write about
Imagine your amigas giving you the chisme on industry trends, lessons they’ve learned - como un grupo de WhatsApp pero just the highlights.
Here’s what we are focusing on:
Strategy and systems that actually work: sales, pricing, visibility, AI, content. The how-to, minus industry jargon and add a bit of Spanglish.
Pricing, getting paid, the funding gap, and the money stories we’re rewriting.
Family, the first-gen weight, and what cycles we’re breaking and how it can make or break our careers.
The policy shifts, news, and data that hit Latina-owned businesses specifically.
Books, tools, podcasts, people, and things that actually made a difference. Curated honestly, never sponsored without disclosure.

The voice who started Entre Nosotras.
Five years ago, at the height of COVID, I sat down to write the book I needed when I started my first business — the one many of you know, Jefa in Training. It was a total bet on myself and on the power of our Latina community, and (thankfully) I proved a lot of people wrong. The book was a huge success. But a lot has changed since then — for better and for worse. How we consume information. The book publishing industry. The way media budgets have tanked, gutting newsrooms and laying off so many talented writers. The outlets we know and love are struggling, and there are still so many stories that need to be told. The ones that get pushed to the back burner are the ones that aren't "commercial" or pop-culture-y enough — but those are exactly the ones we, Latina entrepreneurs and leaders, need.
That's the "why" behind Entre Nosotras: to fill that gap. The same one that was there when I wrote Jefa, and the one I want to keep filling. But this isn't about me. It's about us — after all, it's entre nosotras. So I hope you'll help shape the stories we tell and the community we build here.
I’m excited for this addition to the Jefa in Training ecosystem we are building - and as always, my virtual office is always open. Email [email protected] if you need me!
xx,
Ashley
